Prophetess Dr. La Donna Tapplin is a dynamic leader, author, mentor, and prophetic voice in the Las Vegas valley dedicated to equipping believers to walk boldly in their God-given purpose. Through teaching, writing, and leadership development, she empowers individuals to grow in faith, clarity, and confidence as they answer the call of God on their lives.

As a visionary host and conference leader, Prophetess Tapplin is passionate about helping leaders rise with courage, integrity, and spiritual authority. Michael Tapplin is the Senior Pastor and co-founder of Believers In Christ Ministries (BICM) in Las Vegas, Nevada. Alongside Prophetess Dr. La Donna Tapplin, he has helped lead and grow the ministry since its founding in 2006, with a vision centered on advancing God’s Kingdom through apostolic teaching, prophetic ministry, discipleship, and community outreach.

Known for his wisdom, leadership, and passionate preaching, Senior Pastor Michael Tapplin has played a major role in the development of the annual ROAR Conference Las Vegas and the expansion of BICM’s impact both spiritually and within the community.

APOSTLE DR. OSCAR GUOBADIA

Dr. Oscar Guobadia is a theologian, apostolic-prophetic leader, author, and Senior Pastor of The Brook Place in London, United Kingdom. Alongside his wife, Pastor Triumph Guobadia, he has helped lead and grow the ministry with a vision centered on equipping believers through biblical teaching, prophetic development, leadership training, and spiritual maturity.

With theological insight and apostolic leadership, Dr. Oscar Guobadia has become a respected voice in prophetic ministry around the world. By way of conferences, mentorship, books, and The Brook School of Prophets, he continues equipping leaders and believers in biblical truth, spiritual order, and Kingdom advancement.

Steven Halliburton is an affirmed apostle and prophet by way of Houston, Texas. He serves under the spiritual covering of his spiritual father, Dr. Oscar Guobadia, and spiritual mother Apostle Karen McNair. Alongside his wife, Prophetess Crystal Halliburton, they steward their apostolic assignment in the Houston region through leadership, discipleship, prophetic worship, and Spirit-led ministry.

She faithfully serves at Believers in Christ Ministries as a leader over the intercessory prayer department while also helping authors bring their books to life through editing, publishing guidance, and creative development.

With a passion for prayer, purpose, and spiritual covering, Kaishia is committed to helping others walk in their God-given calling through practicality and intercession. She continues to serve faithfully by encouragement, strengthening authors, and helping bring Kingdom assignments to completion by wisdom, prayer, and dedication.

Apostle Freda Fuller is a visionary leader, author, and compassionate shepherd dedicated to helping women experience healing, restoration, and spiritual transformation. As the founder of Overcoming Women’s Ministry, she has devoted her life to equipping women to overcome mental, emotional, and spiritual trauma through biblical truth, prayer, and discipleship.

Through her teaching, mentorship, and ministry, Apostle Freda Fuller continues empowering women to embrace their God-given identity and walk in freedom, healing, and purpose through Jesus Christ.
